Current Job Openings

  • Level 1 Stylist Program Details

    We only take one Level 1 stylist per year. This allows us to focus deeply on mentorship and hands-on learning with newer stylists.


    The first 90 days are hourly, focused on learning the basics of running and maintaining a salon. During this time, you will learn how to care for our space and assist our Master Stylists.


    We will begin MN NAF education during this period and gradually introduce services behind the chair after 90 days. We start with the basics and intentionally build skills and confidence before adding services to your books.


    Time management and consistency are essential to long-term success, and this one-year program is designed to build confidence, trust, and real behind-the-chair experience.

  • Level 2–4 Stylists

    Level 2–4 Stylists at MN NAF! are passionate professionals focused on delivering exceptional hair services while continuing to refine their craft. This role includes providing precision cuts, customized color, and restorative treatments while maintaining a high standard of client care and professionalism. 


    Stylists at this level are committed to ongoing education, open communication, and personal accountability. You’ll collaborate within a supportive team environment, build strong client relationships, and take ownership of your growth as you progress in skill, confidence, and clientele.

  • Master Stylists

    Master Stylists at MN NAF! are leaders in both artistry and experience, offering advanced cutting, color, and treatment services with consistency and confidence. This role requires a strong commitment to excellence, accountability, and client trust. 


    Master Stylists set the standard for professionalism, hospitality, and technical skill while mentoring others and contributing to a positive salon culture. You’ll manage a loyal clientele, deliver elevated guest experiences, and continue to grow through education while representing the highest level of service and integrity within the salon.
